IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

  • SALE items are FINAL.
  • MYSTERY items are FINAL. Complaints regarding MYSTERY styles, colors, fit or anything else are not tolerated. Roll the dice.
  • Original shipping fees and SHIP SAFE are non-refundable.
  • Returns with a refund outcome incur the shipping label fee at the time of refund.
  • Returned products(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached. Products that are not in sellable (new) condition will not be refunded.
  • You have up to 14 days after your delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Activated returns that exceed 14 days are eligible for shop credit only.
  • Once your return is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection prior to next steps.
  • Post-inspection, please allow 24-48 hours for your refund, exchange or credit to be processed.
  • Frequent returns or unusual patterns will be flagged. STRAYE reserves the right to cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests.
  • Unauthorized returns that do not use the provided return shipment label will not be acknowledged.
  • STRAYE is not responsible for fees associated with return-to-sender packages. These fees will be deducted from any potential refunds.
  • STRAYE does not offer returns on purchases made at other retailers or online sellers.
