Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging, so please try items on immediately indoors and make your decision carefully. Items must be returned within 30 days after your order was received. Outside of this time frame, your return will only be accepted at our discretion. If the items are in original condition, and accepted, a full refund for the price paid will be issued to your original method of payment.
STRAYE does not accept returns on International orders at this time.
EXCHANGES: After we receive and process your return, you may place a new order for your desired style or size, if it is available.

Check your email for a tracking number. STRAYE will process your return and email you when it’s complete.
STRAYE accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
STRAYE offers FREE Fedex SmartPost shipping for all U.S. domestic orders over $50. International customers are offered USPS or Fedex Economy. We stopped shipping to Mexico as all attempts to ship to our friends there are being systematically denied by customs. STRAYE serves all U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Shipments typically arrive within 2-7 days after your order is shipped. STRAYE does not process orders over the weekend or holidays.
If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, STRAYE will contact you.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if you have provided the correct email. If you do not receive your tracking number, log in to your account and check if your email is incorrect. You may also see your tracking information online in your account. Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please tap the BLUE Support icon at the bottom right of your screen so that we can assist you further.
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to STRAYE by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
If you refuse your shipment from STRAYE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to STRAYE.
